Tech Tack: FTP

FTP, File Transfer Protocol, is an easy-to-use method for transferring files without corruption problems which can occur with e-mail attachments.

You can access FTP a number of ways. Using Internet Explorer, drag files directly from your computer into our FTP site. If IE tries to open the file instead of uploading, go to: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced (tab at upper right), Browsing, and make sure that ‘Enable folder view for FTP sites’ is checked.

Unfortunately, Netscape has dropped FTP functionality from its later versions. If you use Netscape 6.1 you will need to obtain a separate FTP client. Two popular clients to consider include Cute_FTP from http://globalscape.com or WS_FTP from http://www.ipswitch.com.

However you choose to send your files to us, be sure to contact us with instructions so we can process your job in a timely manner!
